BEWARE!!! DON'T EAT THE FOOD! DANGEROUS!. Cafe 581 has been operation for over one week! I have witnessed improper storage of all their food. Seafood is being thawed improperly at room temp then stored at 65 degrees in a frig that doesn't work! The seafood has been re frozen , thawed again and re frozen again and served to the public! The steam table vegetables and other foods are stored and put away HOT!! This can make you sick and possibly kill you! They have operated for over a week without any sanitizer for the dishes and the place has already been broke into and robbed!! The lighting is insufficiant and dangerous to walk to your car!! PLEASE STAY AWAY OR YOU COULD FIND YOURSELF IN THE HOSPITAL FOR FOOD POSIONING OR FROM BEING MUGGED!!
