Unprofessional and Slow!!!. I visited this salon recently and was very disappointed with the service. I wanted to feel pampered not as if I was walking into a "girlfriends" get together and over hear stylists talking about other clients. How unprofessional is that? I will also note that it took FOREVER for my stylist to finish I observed about 3 other women finish before me and they arrived well after I had. So, I was left to wonder if I was somehow not as important as they were. Hello! My money spends the same. I think stylist such as the one I had need to remember that clients such as myself make their paycheck and that they need not get soo greedy that they overschedule. I will comment that Chante was the best stylist in my opinion. So, if you do decide to go book with her.
