WARNING!! Do not attend. Dexter and Adventure Fitness bootcamp put out living social coupon which they were not willing to fulfill unless you paid the $167 a month fee afterwards. This is unethical and poor business. Said since I wasn't 'committed', he wouldn't let me come to class. Poor business practices.

Best Work-Out in Memphis!. Memphis Adventure Boot Camp for women is a wonderful program! It is fun and challenging at the same time. The work outs are always changing so it is never repetitive or boring. In fact, most times the different routines make the time fly by! Dexter Tenison is emotionally invested in his clients and he works hard to make sure that all of his clients hit their peak level of physical fitness. You simply can't get the same results or one on one encouragement at a gym. I eat healthier, look better, have more energy and have enhanced my way of life thanks to Memphis Adventure Boot Camp. Way to go!
