bangkok why. My visit was a few weeks ago on a Tuesday around 6:00. There was not a soul there, that should have been a clue. My fiance and I were seated and waited a waited for wait staff or someone. This lasted for over 5 minutes and we were done. Just as we were leaving the waiter was coming towards the table with waters. Too late, you missed out on that one. This not the only time there has been bad service at this location, the one in Collierville is great, I will go there if need be. Please someone wake these people up and get them to do there jobs. Customer service is lacking in the area, BIG TIME.
