Excellent Service. My wife and I recieved excellent professional service from Steve at Roto-Rooter. I simply setup an appointment on line and within an hour Steve called us to confirm an appointment time. He arrived on time and quikly analysed the problem. He was able to clear the sewer line that leads to the street. He also advised us on the cause and how to prevent this from happening again. His work is also warrantied for 6 months. I would use Roto-Rooter again even though other companies may be a little cheaper but you often get what you pay for.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-10-11. The Roto-Rooter plumber who came to my home in Memphis was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He took care of my issue quickly and offered solutions on how to prevent it in the future. I would do business with him again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/8/2011. Having three kids under seven years old, I've known the day would come when one of them entertained the notion of flushing anything/everything they could get down the commode. Well the day finally came and the whole household was shut down from the clog. Roto Rooter's dispatch operator said someone would arrive within two hours. Ten minutes after hanging up with her we got the call that someone is in route.

Our Service Tech, Robert was professional, concise and diagnosed the problem instantly. Roto Rooter is a bit more expensive than other rooter companies but I believe there service and guarantee is worth $30- $40.

From the initial phone call to our completed repair took about an hour and a half. I only wish I could have known what caused the clog. My best guess would be Hotwheels. Although our remote is still missing.

11/27/10 Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Got home from a week vacation. Had to clean out the fridge - as the disposal is running it starts filling the sink. All of a sudden my husband starts cussing- there's water coming from behind the clothes washer as well!

Called Roto-Rooter and Memphisdispatch said someone would be out between 3-5 (it was just turning 3pm). We got a 30 minute courtesy call to say the plumber was on his way at 3:45 pm.

He snaked and cleaned from the P-trap to the street (twice!) and made sure everything was working before he left. He also cleaned up after himself. When he was done he gave us a quick run-through of what he'd done AND what had probably caused the issue. He gave us some advice on how to avoid future issues and reminded us that we have a 6-month guarantee.

Quick response, efficient and thorough work.

Roto Rooter to the Rescue. Thursday morning, I came downstairs to find everything under the kitchen sink in the middle of our floor with notes on the faucet that read "Don't Use Me". My husband discovered the leaking pipe as he left in a rush for work. After recently experiencing another plumbing company, who's fees were extremely high, we wanted an alternative. Mitch with Roto-Rooter arrived at our Germantown home on time the same day and after assessing the damaged pipe, was ready to take care of the replacements. The fee was reasonable, so much so, that we asked him to go ahead and replace our In-Sink-Erator along with the other work and were very satisfied with the outcome. Mitch was professional and courteous. Thank you!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers ,October 28, 2010. What an awful morning! I had the unpleasant experience of finding that my toilet and washer were backing up into my tub...ew! I called my husband who was away on military duty to cry and complain, but he put my on hold and called Roto-Rooter. Within an hour they arrived at my house. The plumber, Ray was very professional and worked quickly to get to the 'root' of our problems and unfortuantely the problems were major. Our main line was full of tree roots. It was the worst news I could hear at the time, but Ray and the other guys helping him were at least able to get our bathroom functional again until were able to have these major repairs done. If you need a plumber quickly in Memphis, call Roto-Rooter.

All Clear. We just had one of those weekends! Sewage was backing up in out tubs and shower in the down stairs baths! We called Roto Rooter plumbing about 7 and they arrived in about an hour. It was backed up from the street to our house! This man had it opened up and also ran a camera to see if tree roots or other problems existed. Thankfully none! Many thanks! Don't forget to use the coupon!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/3/10. Yeah!! No more drip, drip, drip, drip... Finally got the shower drain fixed! No more dripping. Eric (the Plumber) was very nice and helpful. I have an older home and was afraid that he wouldn't have the parts to fix the plumbing, but he did. He got it done in no time. I have used and will continue to use Roto-Rooter. The cost is a little high but they have good service. I would recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area.
