HORRIBLE Customer Service.
HORRIBLE and OUTRAGEOUS customer service!!!! I called to confirm that a delivery had been made to my new father-n-law having surgery at the hospital. I was told all deliveries were made, so I asked to please confirm because it's not like them to not mention it and say thank you. I was told in a VERY condensending tone "BABY, don't you think they might be sleeping..they ARE in the hospital". So I asked if she could check anyway. She huffed and put me on hold then said, yes it was delivered and quite put off. My husband went to visit his father that evening and saw the plant which was nice, however his mother asked what the card was supposed to have meant. He said "It's a joke mom, because of the hip relacement". The card was supposed to have read "Now you are the hippest Dad we know".. Instead it read "Now you are the HIPPIEST Dad we know". COMPLETELY different meaning especially when you are delivering to very devoute christian people who thought we were poking fun at him for being high on pain meds. EMBARASSING!! I called the florist and spoke to the same lady (owners mother) who looked at the order and said, Oh.. I put an "I" in it. When I explained how they were mildly offended she replied loudly "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME". I said no, and I don't think you should speak this way since you made a big mistake from a customer's outlook. She then raged and yelled 'HONEY - MY GOD!!!.. I just can't talk to you". I said no apparently you don't know how to speak to customers or take delivery orders at all!
