A BUNCH OF CONARTIST

PLEASE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I'm a good person and I never complain. I'm a faithful neighbor who keeps to themselves. I lived here for a year with my newborn son. I am a single mom and they seemed very nice at first but it turned out they were VERY unprofessional especially when it came to me moving out. I won't go into detail but they are liars and will do anything to make sure you get fined with outrageous charges. Now, I'm stuck with a 1,900 bill that they decided to send to me 2 months AFTER I already moved out. I payed my share, turned in the keys, and 2 months later they decide that to notify me of this charge and that charge. After talking to several of the staff members, they pretty much won't back up what they said to me months ago while I lived there. They are liars and untrustworthy employees. What goes around, comes around. And if for any reason you live here and make some type of payment plan with them, MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING with both signatures because if that isn't in writing, they'll deny that they had any conversation with you. A bunch of conartist. Especially Aimee! She's an awful person and I can't believe she lied to her manager about the conversations we've had about my payment plan. If you need to talk to someone, talk to Sabrinia. She's the only one that cares and she knows how to talk to people.

A Beautiful Property!

The office staff is very professional and friendly, as well as having a great maintenance crew who always gets things fixed right away. Highly recommended!
