Front Desk Help. When my husband & I went to check into this nice hotel. we found out that the group that I had made the reservation thru -- NEVER SENT THE RESERVATION THRU TO MEMPHIS MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had no place to stay. The Marriott,unfortunately for me- good for them, was totally booked solid. The wonderful TIA at the front desk was wonderfully patient and helpful!!!!!!!! She did all she could to try to accommadate us, even went the extra mile to find the phone number for the jerks I made the reservation thru. She was great. I hope that this note will somehow find its way to "the powers that be". I can not explain adequately how calm and professional she was with me. THANKS TIA for all your kindness and professionalism! Best Hotel in town. Great customer service and wait staff. It is a great location from the Convention/Cannon Center. Very personable staff. Every compliant handled with a smile and immediately. Ms. Johnson was always helpful if I needed to know somewhere by to go for sights, foods or shopping.…
