Corky's is way overrated.. I had heard great things about this place, so I suggested this place to my group. What a nightmare. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and were not seated until after 9 p.m. The ribs were St. Louis spare, not baby back (this IS Memphis, isn't it?) and the rub tasted like something from a packet from the grocery store - very uninspired. Don't bother asking for a drink other than beer because they don't have anything else. Over-priced, too. There are lots of great BBQ places in Memphis. This isn't one of them.

Best ribs in Memphis - succulent, falls off the bone, finger licking good!. Don't expect much from the atmosphere, but what do you expect, this is a BBQ joint after all. The babyback pork ribs were by far the tastiest ribs we had in Memphis - beat Rendavous. The portions are so generous you'll need to bring a doggy bag home but you won't want to share the leftovers with Spot.
