Jennifer at front desk is rude. I called this office in regard to a bill that I had paid earlier this week. I wanted to make sure it posted and I had a few billing questions. The front desk little girl named Jennifer hung the phone up in my face after stating, she does not work in billing and I needed to speak with someone named Neal. I called back 2 hours later asking for Neal. I informed her that she hung up in my face earlier and was Neal there yet. She stated No, he is still not here he comes whenever he wants. She admitted to hanging up the phone, saying yes I did and hung up a second time while I was talking. Our family andmy colleagues will NOT be returning...EVER!
