Mediocre at Best.
Our family dined at El Porton on Hwy. 64 last night for the first time, and it will be our last. While the service was decent, it wasn't exceptional. The food came in large portions, but as I stated, it was mediocre at best in flavor. The beef nachos had no seasoning and the sauce tasted like cr. of mushroom soup mixed with sour cream and slightly heated up. For our family of 5 it was a little over $54 (before tip) even using a $5 Internet coupon. This is more than other, better tasting mexican places aound town without coupons. Not our choice in the future.
