I have tried several Japanese restaurants. Osaka is my favorite !!!. First of all, food is great, high quality and super fresh. The price is reasonable. I love the decor at the restaurant, great atmosphere for a night out with family.

Got ripped off on my birthday.. Got ripped off on my birthday. We had a large party dine at Osaka which automatically added for gratuity due to the number of people. Well on top of the already decent tip the server helped himself to an extra $10. I took my copy of the reciept and my bank statement to the manager for them to correct it and she said that she needed time to "look into it". Seems like the restaurant is ok with this behavior. If you go to eat there pay cash.



You can also find better food elsewhere.

Bento Benito. Man, I got a bento when traveling to China last year. Behold I can get a similar (close) meal as I received in China (nice settings)

Best SUSHI in the city!. The food is delectably exceptional. The service is great as well. It's so popular, one may be bogged down by the crowd but if you travel with a caravan of family and friends, then you'll be right at home. My kids, 3 and 5 love it. My parents, 40 & 50 something, love it. My wife and I, 30 something, love it. My point is this place rocks when you want to hang out with family and close friends. The atmosphere is great. The food is wonderful. The experience is electrifying. The crawfish eel sushi is a favorite.

Great sushi, TERRIBLE service. The sushi is, in a word, incredible. But I'd rather receive great service and eat pretty good sushi. The waiters and waitresses are horrible. Every time I've gone, I've been out of water for more than 15 minutes, waited 20 minutes for my check to come, another 20 to get my credit card back, and just overall, felt ignored. TERRIBLE SERVICE...But, if you don't mind being ignored or feel extra patient that day, try their Tornado roll. Better yet, get it to go.
