CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US @ 901 SOUNDS. I'M TERRIBLY APOLOGETIC FOR ANY ACTIONS YOU MAY HAVE FELT FROM OUR SALES PEOPLE DURING YOUR VISIT. WE TRY SO HARD TO SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT COMES IN EVERYDAY. WE NEED TO WORK HARDER TO MAKE SURE OTHER CUSTOMERS DONT FEEL THAT WAY. I'M SORRY FOR YOUR NEGATIVE EXPERIANCE. SOMETIMES DURING A INSTALLATIONS WE HAVE SET BACK OR EMERGENCYS THAT MIGHT COME UP DURING THE INSTALL. ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO PREDICT THINGS OF THIS NATURE. WE WILL TRY HARDER TO INSURE TIME FRAMES ESTIMATES IN THE FUTURE.
On behalf of 901 Sounds, My name is Muhammad Ayesh. co partner. i'm really apologetic for any miss understanding or confusion you may had . When you arrived and spoke to james ( your salesman)about the issue you were experiencing , which was ( both of your aux power port had no power). james wasn't able to diagnosis your issue just by talking to you. he advised you there was a shop fee for the diagnosis. you agreeded. when james ( saleman) pulled your vehicle around we had 2 customers ahead of you.it took us about 45 min to clear up the service area before we could diagnosis your vehicle. james( salesman) explained your issue to our tech who diagnosis your vehicle, and found 2 blown fuses. by the time he checked all your circuits, he found 2 blown fuses and replacing them with 2 new fuses. which were the factory recommendation. after finishing up the dianosis, Tech pulled the vehicle out of the service area and finished up the job. both aux power ports were working. We later then assured the customer the problem was fixed. Mr. Ashokkumar went out to his car and plugged up his aux power / usb adapters in to car aux ports, then blew the fuses again. After looking at what kinda of power the customer was pulling from his factory aux ports, our tech replaced both blown fuses with high amp fuses that can handle more current flow.. we normally don't like to do that because thats not what the car manufacture recommends. The customer has a point, it did take us 5 minute to replace his blown fuses. its because the technician knew where all the fuses were after his diagnosis was done the first time. the specification on Mr ashokkumar portable navigation ( which was plugged in to his first aux power port on the car 5 amp pull ) and his usb adapter (which was plugged in to his second aux power port only pulled 1-3 amp pull) blew out the both of our fuses we replaced. the specifications on your products are not accutae. if they were you obviosly wouldn't have had this experienc. we increased the fuse pull for 5-10 extra amp incarse your devises are pulling more power that they are rated . I hope this explanation helps you understand why it only took us 5 minutes to replace your fuses after we originally fixed your problem in our srevice area. We performed a service for you and you approved it. the service was done and your issue was fixed. i be waiting for your dispute, and ill respond and forward this letter to them as well. My car USB port plug ( cigar lighter)
was not working so I asked them to check.After 2 hours of waiting they told the issue has been fixed and charged me 50$ and didnt mention me that fuse was the reason before paying.When I went back to the car, I tested it and still USB power port was not working and infront me they changed the fuse in 5 minutes and it started power port started functioning.
They made me to wait for 2 hours without allowing to service area just to give a hype or show off that it is a major issue but actually it only took 10 minutes or less to fix that issue.So it is a cheating!
I am filing a dispute through my bank and better business bureau.
I can't comment truly on the quality as
of yet as it's a new tint job 06/23/12 but from the looks of it I'd say the quality of the work is good! I'm here to comment more so about the horrid service from this place.
First...DO NOT....DO NOT take the word of the salesman period in regards to the estimated wait time or what position you are in line. IF you are going to deal with these guys then do appointment only (even then I don't know how well things will go for you)!
I can only speak about their tint service and not their audio/video installation services. Unfortunately I didn't find out til the end of the day that they only had ONE tint specialist working all the cars that came in today (WTF???)!
The problem I have is that I was informed first over the phone that my wait time would be two hours...when I got to the shop I again was informed that I only had one car ahead of me so the time would be two hours.
Somehow between then and coming back I was told that there was yet another car ahead of me. Then it became, "sorry man we are backed up bad today"! In the end the TRUTH was I was the LAST car to be done for that day getting me out of there at 8pm when I dropped my car off to them at 3PM
I understand needing to make sales....badly lying to make that sale...shame on you. There WON'T be a second time (shame on me) I'll take my money elsewhere! First impressions are a lasting one. Customer service here is poor; I suggest finding some better PROFESSIONALS to get you going probably for all your car needs!
Second problem...they didn't do my tint according to MY specifications because the moron owner couldn't tell that Arizona has a DIFFERENT tint limit than Tennessee and insisted that it was the same as his excuse for doing my tint wrong...pathetic!
Amazing Experience. I have an '07 Toyota FJ Cruiser and I needed a new alarm/Remote start and the guys at 901 completely hooked me up. I got an amazing deal that i would not have gotten any where else and installed it in an amazing amount of time. I bought the Viper 5702 system and i still love it. They did an awesome job highly recommended.
Experienced, Professional, and not too expensive. These guys are good. They did the audio system on my 944 Porsche and I was very impressed. They were able to put sub woofers where I didn't think was possible and not use any of the rear hatch space. Kudos
AMAZING STAFF!. Moe and Kevin are the best, they were nice, made sure i walked out with everything and i was super satisfied. Will use these guys for now on. They have the best STOCK around
Great staff, Great Deals. My Salesman gave me a great package on my toyota camry 07, the draw back was i didnt think i was going to be there long, but i was there 3.5 hours . but the staff was great. i will recommend them to my family and friends.
Good Service, Good People. I called and got a price for a tint job over the phone. I arrived and my appointment was taken on time. They didn't try to upsell me or raise the price like most every place you got to. Very happy and will recommend them to my friends and family.
THANKS. I was home on leave in july when i bought my 2000 silverado and did some work on it. So of course i had to get a sytem putback in my truck.. I wasnt sure what exactly i wonted but the staff recomended cobalt 10's and so far so good thanks guys.. but i also got a sticker put on and it came off two miles down the road..in there def. it was rainin pretty hard ill be home this saturday and ill be gettin it fixed while im on leave. thanks again
