Roto-Rooter plumbers did a great job fixing our bathtub drain. The company called when the plumber was on his way and Ami showed up promptly. He was very professional and efficient. He was also very tolerant and kind to my very curious and excited puppy! He fixed our bathtub that would not drain and gave me good tips on how to protect it in the future.

Memphis-Plumbers - Roto-Rooter's Ami did a great job fixing our laundry line. The response time was quick. Ami was very friendly and informative. While snaking our laundry line, some dirt was splashed on the door outside. When I returned, he was Windex-ing the windows to remove the grime. Really awesome how he went the extra mile! I will use them again!

Great Customer Service!!. Thank you for sending Ami to fix my clogged shower. I was dreading this, thinking it would be mesy and disgustingly gross. Ami was very professional. He explained the process and the dangers of using Drano. He showed me what was causing the clog and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He was at my house within an hour of my phone call.

Very Good Service.
The service recieved from Roto Service was very good. The phone contact was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get a person to the house on Sunday night to get our shower drain fixed and cleaned. The service person, Lee was very friendly and able to explain what the problem was and how to fix it.
The job took about 30 minutes and he was very clean.
If I have any other drainage or plumbing problems, Roto Rooter will be the first company I will call.
