bad experience. I went to this shop on vacation with friends to get matching tattoos at the recommendation of an obviously misguided local. I am heavily tattooed with some great work, so I definitely know what I am talking about, and this place was awful. They appeared to be sanitary and the examples of work that I saw were mediocre at best, but we were getting something so simple that I (incorrectly) thought that it would be impossible to mess up. Besides the ridiculous prices and terrible customer service, the tattoos themselves were TERRIBLE- messy, bad color, just the worst you can imagine. What a way to ruin a vacation! DO NOT GO THERE! Even if you want an incredibly simple design, they can and will ruin it. The "artist" responsible for the mess on my leg is James Lovette. I will now have to either wear pants for the rest of my life or get it completely covered up. In addition- the employees freely smoked cigarettes inside the shop and they didn't even bother to offer any aftercare instructions. My "bandage" consisted of a paper towel attached with scotch tape!

The worst tat ever!. I went here to get matching tats with friends. We have lots of exellent tattoo work and wanted something simple. James Lovette was the only guy on hand. He didn't even ask about our other work and we should have taken this as a bad sign. Too expensive, bad customer service and the WORST TATTOO EVER that i have to fix or cover up. Do not go here. It's not worth it!

Disappointed. Went in to get a cover up done of an old tattoo and was not happy with the results. Artist acted like they didn't even want to mess with it and took forever to get set up to do it. I should have walked out then (like some others did that came in and didn't even get spoken to), but I wanted to get it done. The results were below average at best from someone who has supposedly done this for 8 or 9 years. I learned my lesson and did my homework and had another Memphis shop fix it with outstanding results. Too bad I wasted alot of money on something that I ended up having covered up anyway.
