Great Food at Reasonable Prices. This is the same restaurant that used to be located Next to the Plaza Beauty School and Target on Spottswood. It has the same great food and service that it had at that location.

No need to dress up to eat. There are great selections in food from appetizers, Entrees, Desserts. Tastes like good old down South homecooking.

I really enjoy their creamed spinach and baked squash. And their cornbread is wonderful. And be sure and try their salsa that comes with cheese sauce and chips. It's one of the appetizers. It's just right as far as spicy taste goes, but not too HOT to be enjoyed.

Prices are comparable to Chili's or Applebees.

Authentic Memphis Soul Food. This is my favorite place to eat in Memphis! It's the place that I go with my family to relax and have a great meal and not have to spend a ton of money. The burgers and the plate lunches are my favorites on the menu. We always leave happy. The last time we were in they had a band on the patio. I think it was something that they do every Thursday, and get this--There was no cover charge. We had the best time. What a treat!
