You have to have the Fried Green Tomatoes!. This was our very first time at this restaurant. We stopped in for lunch and there wasn't anyone inside. We thought it was a bad sign but in actuality, it was because of all the to-go orders that are placed, even before they open. The parking situation is that you have to use the parking garage around the corner. It is right on Main St so the only thing driving up and down the street is the trolley. The fried green tomatoes were AWESOME!! I had never had a fried green tomatoe before and they were wonderful. I had the gumbo, too, and it was very thick and spicy. The fish tacos were good. Not the best I've had but not the worst. My husband ordered the crawfish po boy. It was good, but again, nothing to shout from the mountain tops about. All in all, I would eat here again. The sweet potato pie was good and the caramel cake had good flavor. Definitely try the fried green tomatoes. They are to die for.
