Monica Peavy is definately the person you want to see! My daughter and I both have curly hair and have never really been able to get that perfect cut... Until a friend recommended her to us. She is so awesome! We both have had so many compliments on our hair since she's been cutting it. Between her bubbly personality and her knowledge of the latest techniques, we walk out of there with a smile on our faces everytime!

Aaron Bruce is the absolute BEST! I would recommend her to anyone. I found her many years ago when i was visiting the memphis area and then when i moved there continued to go to her. Now that i have moved away, i still drive back to see Aaron! She is extremely talented and knows how to make your hairstyle how you like it! i always love my cuts and highlights. GO SEE AARON today if you need someone you can trust!

Aarin Mason Bruce is a fantastic stylist. I've been going to her for over 5 years now. She listens to what you want whether in a cut or color, and delivers perfectly! Aarin also has vision. Many times I've gone in and said just do what you think is best. I've gone from long to short and back to long. I've never left the salon disappointed.

Aarin is also on time and very accomodating in emergencies.

If you want a stylist that will give you exactly what you want everytime go see Aarin. She has been with Richard and Co for so long and is a ray of sunshine. You will feel pampered when you are in Aarin's chair and you will always leave Happy. She is the best colorist and gives the best haircut I hav every had. Aarin is a MUST if you want to look your best!

I have been to several places in the Memphis area, but nothing compares to Richard & Co. Aarin is who you'll want to ask for. She has fixed my hair when I went to someone else and they did an awful job. Aarin will give you honest feedback and will give you the perfect cut! Love her!

I drive 30 minutes to get my hair cut by Aarin. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love Richard and Co.! The staff is super sweet and Aarin has done a great job on my hair as well as my daughter Renae. I get alot of compliments on my hair cut and color, i tell EVERYONE to go to Richard and Co. Great environment. Great customer service and stylists that listen to what you want and are very good at what they do, I am so glad i found such a wonderful stylist who has been amazing and has so much skill in color and styling. Aarin keeps up with the latest trends and is very creative in her ability to see what will look great on you! I highly recommend her!

Aarin saved my hair! I came in two years ago with damaged frizzy hair and I thought it would never grow! Now two years later my hair looks amazing and just like I always wanted. She does great highlights and leaves my hair looking smooth and shiny for months!

Yes, Ask For Christie! I came in and as a Mom who has given no time for herself, it was intimidating to come into the salon knowing No One and taking a chance on the reviews I had found on the internet. But WOW, she really did a Fantastic job! I am thrilled with the highlights that she put in. She really took alot of time styling and I felt like she just made me fit right in! Never felt rushed and I could not be happier with my hair! I will definately be back to see Christie!

Ask for Christie -- I drive all the way from downtown Memphis to Collierville every few weeks just because she is amazing. She's not just a regular hair stylist - she is always traveling all over the country to visit stylist conferences and to talk with popular stylists to keep up with the latest and greatest. If Christie was in NYC, she'd be working for the stars, but since she's here, her clients get the benefit of her skills.

knows her stuff. Do you need a great sytlist? Lauren is the one for you.

She knows all hair types and what products work best for your type of hair. Lauren is very good at her job and takes the time to listen and find out what you would like done to your hair.

She is up to date on all trends and very chic herself!

The salon is very clean and has a very professional staff.
