Evidently, this place needs a new manager. Sometimes you can eat at a Red Lobster and it's excellent and sometimes it can be sub-par. This place is the definition of sub-par. Why can't Red Lobster have quality standards to make them all the same like other restaurant chains?
The wait staff is uneducated and rude. The food was like some overcooked, soggy crap from the Kroger deli.
Skip this place until they decide to hire someone with a bit of professionalism to run the joint. Unemployment is at 20% and Red Lobster can't find anyone educated enough to speak an intelligible sentence to their customers? This place blows goats. Money wasted.
Disappointed. I love Red Lobster and I have not really had a reason to complain about my experience at this Red Lobster........that changed on my last visit there. My mother and I started our day of Christmas shopping together a few weeks ago by eating there for lucnh. We got there about 15 minutes after they opened so they were not that busy but you could not tell that by the way our hostess/server behaved. She was rude,she seemed distracted.........it was almost like she was trying to get the attention of a male worker there or at the very least she was watching this person instead of doing her job.Since she was so busy focusing elsewhere she messed up our order twice and then when we finally got our food the only thing that was good were the biscuits.And most servers are so attentive that they bring you more biscuits when they notice you are out but not this lady. I swear my hair could have been on fire and she would not have noticed.The popcorn shrimp was not crisp in fact the breading was falling off.The ranch dressing on my salad tasted like it had gone bad and the tomatoes in both our salads were over ripe and tasted nasty. And we were not the only table this lady was doing this too. Every table she has around us she made mistakes on because she was too busy acting like a school girl keeping tabs on the boy she has a crush on. I hated to even leave this woman a tip.They only time she spoke to us was to infrom us of the specials that day and when she brought us our food.No enjoy your meal,no have a nice day NOTHING. I have never been so disappointed in an eating establishment as I was in Red Lobster that day. This woman should have been fired for her actions because it was very clear she could care less about the customers and more about the man she was focusing her attention on. Not to mention that the food was nasty.There were not that many people there so there was no excuse for the way the food tasted. I would have rather waited 30 mintues during the lunch rush to have my food cooked right than what we experienced. Shame on Red Lobster!
sunday night. food was ok but the service was so slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. If you decide to go, the lunch time may be better.
