Dependable, honest, company. I am with MidSouth Satellites. I am "Jeff", refered to in a previous review. That review was obviously submitted by an installer that wasn't paid for substandard work. We demand the best in customer service and our installation standards are among the highest in the industry. In the event that we find an installation that isn't up to our high standards, we reinstall the system and chargeback the original installer. If you weren't paid, then you know why.

As for the Satellite Doctor and owner, Raymond Rowland, he used to work for us and is now a Directv dealer as well as a service rep for all satellites. He refers customers to us and we refer customers to him, we have a very good professional relationship.

WORST SERVICE IN THE SATELLITE BUSINESS. JEFF AND CHIP ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT USED TO WORK FOR JEFF AND CHIP.YOU COULD PUT A THOUSAND DOLLAR AND YOU CAN EXPECT NOT TO GET PAID.

THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE SORRY BUSINESS OWNERS AND I AM GLAD THAT THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS. NOW THAT THE SATELLITE

DOCTOR IS IN TOWN JONESBORO IS A MUCH BETTER PLACE THEY NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITHT HE SATELLITE DOCTOR IS 870-316-1411

AND 870-316-1763 CALL THEM THEY KNOW WHAT SERVICE IS AND STAND BY THEIR 90 DAY HASSEL FREE WARRANTY!! I WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
