Memphis In May Stay. The Hotel itself was clean and close enough to Beale St, but the service was awful. We stood in line for an hour to check in, never got fresh clean towels, but thats not the worse part. We went to check out and left a bag in the room so we went to get a key that worked...and we were told that we hadn't even paid for hour room...we had booked it online and it was confirmed. Not only did we have to sit and wait for more than 2 hours for the manager to come, but she wouldn't let us get our bag from the room until then..and then called the cops becuase we were upset about it...Marilynn was her name...I still have nightmares.
