Love this place!!. I love this store. I travel to Memphis multiple times a month for business and always make a point to stop in. They always have unique dresses and tops that I just love. I have never had an issue with dressing rooms and someone has always greeted me and helped me with my shopping. They have always been so nice, even tracking my husband down when I came out of the dressing room! Living in St. Louis it is nice to have a chance to find something different and unique!!…
worst customer service and poor quality of clothing.. I found out that evidently they do not let you return anything back to this store. Once you bought it you are stuck with it. This means even if it falls apart after you was it!!! I have never heard of such a thing even the goodwill will let you return. I guess they think once they get your money they have it. The store most likely was getting a lot of returns because of poor quality. The staff were very rude, did not want to help at all. I will never shop at this store again.…
Terrible people and clothing. Terrible customer service. When I walked up to the dressing room I was greeted with "They're full." Because someone failed to write an expiration date on my gift certificate I assumed it didn't expire, however, they refused to take it. They did offer to take my name and number and check on it though. The next morning I had a voicemail saying that my hand writing was illegible but they think they have the right name and number, and oh they can't take my giftcard. I wouldn't dare pay my own money for overpriced polyester clothes and since the gift card is invalid, I don't see a reason to go in there ever again.…
