Great lunch spot. I happened upon this deli and am now a regular. The sandwiches and salads are fresh and not what you will find at your typical chain deli. The specialty sandwiches are very unique if you want something other than turkey and the atmosphere is friendly and local. I highly recommend Vanelli's and believe there is something for everyone there.

Best family italian deli!. The home made ravioli are the best in the city....meat sauce is out of this world...and the home made Italian sausage is to die for! AND, the sandwiches are yummy. Take home ravioli has become a treat (and is becoming a tradition) for our entire family. PLUS, the Vanellis are the nicest people you would ever want to meet!

Best Italian deli, you can't go wrong with anything!. Great friendly atmosphere! Best meatball sandwich in town! You can order meats and cheeses by the pound, pasta salad, pimento cheese, chicken and tuna salads..... ALL hand made. They have specialty Italian sandwiches with imported meats or even the typical staple sandwiches. There are things for the kids as well! If you don't want bread, you can get an order of meatballs or sausage in a bowl. They have a huge chef salad. They even make their own mayo; italian mayo, garlic mayo, chipotle mayo, or just plain mayo. Family fun and great food!
