horrible lines and indifferent manager. the manager at this place is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I was in this store last week and there was only one person out front with 2 very long lines and he just walked right by me while I was asking him a question about the drummettes. He looked right at me and walked back into the kitchen area. The poor cashier was doing the best she could but she got no help from him or anyone else that I could see. rude manager. i went into this store the other day and was treated very rudely by the manager kirt. i pointed out that some chicken strips that i bought were a little hard and just wanted replacement strips and he said tough that ther was a rule that if you take chicken out you cant bring it back and he called me a liar in front of alot of other customers sayin that he had just cooked the chicken himself.
