My visit to the Optometry Group was very pleasent and inviting, also the office was will kept up. Dr. Powell and staff were very helpful with all of my questions. They have an overall great selection of frames. I would recommend my friends and family to visit this office.

FRONT DESK OFFICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I did not get a chance to see the Doctor as the front desk receptionist was rude, sarcastic and had zero customer service. I was so put off by the front desk, that I cancelled the appointment and scheduled an appointment with my old office. Dr Powell, get your front desk in order. You just lost buisness because of them!!!
