Nice food terrible service. Went to dinner at Bonefish. the waiter was absolutely terrible, did not remove used plates spilled beer on one of our guest. Spilled water on the table and did not even bother to bring glasses for our drinks.

Editorial Review by Christina Thornell. Chain eatery serves market-fresh fish cooked on a wood-burning grill, including swordfish and lobster tails dipped in any of its signature sauces.

For Memphis it's definitely a bit of fresh air...BUT. If you REALLY want to experience a great Bonefish Grill, do visit any one of them in the Tampa area, down to Naples..... a WORLD of difference.....quality of seafood, attitude of servers, attitude of Management......

One manager I met was a guy named Deen Fox, a managing partner in a FLorida store. This guy knows how to do the job and lead by example when we had a small (very small) problem.

Bonefish has some talent for sure, but it's not comparable in this Memphis store, or even the new one in Collierville either.

Where did you get those reviewers?. This very busy restaurant has gotten rave reviews from my family - which is large, varied and some visiting from other states. Everyone had the same opinion - we'll go back. I am not an expert on fish/seafood, but everyone I have taken there was very complimentary of the food. I am a big fan of the crab cakes for an appetizer, the chicken/pasta dish for myself (it makes 2 meals for me) and any dessert. I'm not sure what is in the chicken/pasta entree is, but it is very different, very good and I'm very frustrated that I can't identify all the seasonings. The service was great: informative, attentive, but not too clingy.

Great place to go with family or friends. This is the only Bonefish Grill I have been to, so I cannot compare it to others. I can only say that it is truly a good neighborhood restaurant to go to with family and/or friends for a fun night out that won't cost you an arm and a fin! Neither the food nor the service are the best you will ever have, but, we aren't talking Michelin here, just a good place to have a good meal with good friends. And that's okay. The only problem I had was with a certain loud, obnoxious bunch of yahoos that disrupted my meal. Fortunately, I was one of those loud, obnoxious yahoos, so I tolerated it. I would highly recommend the place to all but the effete snobs who ought to be someplace else paying twice as much for what they so ardently, if cheaply, desire!

I agree, it's a bit below average, but.... I've eaten at several other Bonefish, mostly in FL and their food is great.

The service here is nothing like the service you get in their other locations..maybe it's a training issue

The Best Restaurant in Cordova. WOW Some of these reviews are absolutely mind-boggling. Bonefish has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience. I have been there with both family and clients. The food is always incredible and the service has always been friendly and efficient-the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. I find it strange that one of the previous posters complained that the server was too friendly and engaging. God forbid she suggest something on the menu...it is her job you know. Unbelievable! the arrogance of some people. I'm starting to believe that this website is only reviewed by stupid old men and disgruntled former employees. I highly suggest this restaurant.

Don't waste your money. Disappointing for a restaurant that tries to place itself above other chains, and expensive too, for what you get.

Filet mignon ($21) should melt in your mouth. Theirs, while not "chewy" was nowhere near what it should be, at any price. Three people at my table ordered it, and all three of us agreed. I've had lesser cuts of meat elsewhere that were much more enjoyable. Annoying 20-year-old waitress who felt it her duty to engage us in conversation all during the meal, mostly so she could tell us about her favorite menu items. Irritating and unprofessional. Others in my group ordered a shrimp entree and a mahi-mahi entree... both mediocre. There is NOTHING outstanding about this place. Don't waste your special evening and your money there. I won't be back.

Bonefish tries at least. I've eaten at many many other Bonefish than the one in Memphis. Memphis must make people brain dead - the service was horrible- not like the other Bonefish I have enjoyed immensely. The quality and freshness of our meal was not comparable either, it was just okay. There are worse places to eat in Memphis TN though..a lot worse..so all things being equal athey tried hard !

must be recruiting from Chillis or some Barbecue joint. been to other Bonefish, organization must be growing too fast ! training and staff attitude is becoming pretty bad compared to other Bonefish I've been to, maybe Memphis personnel presents a challenge ? don't know, but Outback parent should take a look
