I AGREE with the other poster !!. The fish is NOWHERE the same quality as in St. Pete, Sarasota, or even Nashville (Cool Springs area) ! The servers serve as if they were trained at Chilli's not a Bone Fish . I don't know why they put this place on stupidly planned Germantown Parkway, it's the wrong place for a nice upscale seafood place...but there again, I was there once and the party next to me was critical to the server because Bone Fish did not have FRIED catfish on the menu ! That should say it all
Wonderful!!!. We had a blast at Bonefish. The service was great, the food was wonderful, and they had a great atmosphere to go along with it. If you want to go out for a couple of drinks, their Martini Menu is amazing!
Very Enjoyable. My husband and I really enjoyed our evening at BoneFish from beginning to end. The ambience was very romantic, martinis were wonderful and entrees were delicious. I'm not sure what happened with the previos gentleman. We have eaten there twice and enjoyed each time.
Memphis Fish Kill. This place is NOTHING as good as St. Pete where it was "born" then bought by the Tampa-based Outback organization whihc runs a pretty tight ship. The quality of fish supplied by their jobber is INFERIOR to say the least. The service can't comprehend the "team concept" of service and table coverage, because Memphis labour pool is basically behind the curve compared to other markets. Too bad this BoneFish is doomed to become another wannabee chain in Memphis...missed opportunity. They need to stop hiring ex-managers, they don't get the Outback management style. They will sully BoneFish's good name in Memphis, no doubt. Fish is not up to Outback Tampa or BoneFish St Pete's standards. Why not open another Mexican theme place...lol
