The steps in this venue are so steep it is uncomfortable. Anyone afraid of heights should make sure you are on the floor. The walk area in front of seats is so small it is almost impossible for someone to walk in front of you to find their seat. All the while trying to keep from falling down to their deaths. I went for a concert and the sound was not loud enoug. I heard people a row up and over talking more than I could hear the music.
Pros: Good location
Cons: seats, steepness of steps

Just off the heart of Beale Street. In the heart of the entertainment district. It is a great venue.
Pros: The seating arrangments in the arena are great.
Cons: The parking lot can get congested.
