This letter is in referenced to the 2003 Cadillac Deville financed through A & A Financial at Frankie’s Auto Sales located at 2471 Covington Pike in Memphis, Tennessee on November 24, 2012. As consumers we Jana Taylor and Mitchell Hopkins expected a used vehicle which met Tennessee Used Car Sales Law as well as to meet reasonable quality standards of a used car. In return the 2003 Cadillac Deville vehicle had a defect that was present at the time of sale that they new existed and did not inform us of. When we left Frankie’s Auto Sales in the 2003 Cadillac Deville the Service Engine light came on which has resulted in several hardships. We called the dealer immediately and was informed to bring it in and it would be fixed. Upon picking up the vehicle up from service the dashboard fell in my lap and had to be returned to service to be fixed. The service engine light immediately came back on within 24 hrs and failed several codes including the code for a tune up and failure of the transmission and feul sensors. We were verbally told the day we financed the vehicle that it had been serviced for a tune up. After we picked up the vehicle the second time up from service we found that the previous services had not been rendered and was a false statement . It also confirmed that the previous service issue wasn’t resolved and an act of intentionally deception on behalf of Frankie’s Auto Sales. We have been denied fair service, have been decieved and have experienced several hardships since we left the lot including loss of wages, running out of gas and a rear passenger window that will not stay on track due to financing the 2003 Cadillac Deville. We have been denied a request for our money back within the first 72 hours under the law of recission. We have been denied the warrant of merchability. We have been humble and patient consumers trying to get this matter resolved after several attempts. We are being treated unfairly, have been lied to, and deceive as consumers at Frankie’s Auto Sales since November 24, 2012.
Great Prices! Great Service! Great People! – I traded my northern car for a southern car. Excellent customer service, great financing, and a nice selection of cars. I have had my car over a year, with no problems. Have only had to have my scheduled oil changes. Saw the other reviews, and had to comment, that I would buy from Frankie's again and the sales staff was great. Service is quick to schedule my appointments.
Airport Auto Center(located on airways blvd) – I Purchased a vehicle from airport auto center located on airways last year and I had problems from this car since day 1!!!!!!!!Buyer beware this dealership might seem harmless but its a wolf in sheep clothing, they DO NOT stand behind the CRAP they sell!!!!!!!!!Buyers PLEASE,PLEASE GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!
Best car saleperson - Hands down! – I was searching for a Honda Accord and went to Frankie's. We met with Pam (the best and most honest sales person I have ever met). We were thrilled with the options available to us and the various financing that were available. We found the perfect car and wrote a check for it that day. A few months later we brought the car in for some minor service and my husband purchased a Denali (from Pam). We love the warranty offered at Frankie's, love the customer service and we love PAM!!!
