Memphis Sushi. Ryu has the best sushi in Memphis! Their sushi menu is extremely creative. You'll find combinations that other sushi bars haven't even dreamed of (Crispy David is my new personal favorite). In addition to the fantastic sushi, Ryu offers a large selection of soups, salads, and appetizers that are phenomenal. I recommend the spicy crab soup and seaweed salad. To top it off, everything is very reasonably priced.
