On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 0!!!!. I don't know if they paid for your review or if you are an employee of the company dennishiggs but everyone in the little shabby complex I lived in would definitely disagree. Truly a management company with YOUR interests in mind. Terence and Hardco understand that if you make money, then they make money and manage the properties as if they were their own. Incredibly responsive, honest and and they bring more to the table than typical management companies. Trust me, I have tried a number of companies in Memphis. Some were really cheap and lost sight of the bigger picture. Some were really expensive and thought everything revolved around their management (next time you feel like a "little person" standing behind their "big counter", think how your tenants must feel).
