They won't fix anything!!!. This management company is the worst I have ever rented from!!!! And I have rented all over this country, as I am a travel worker. Everything that was broken when I moved in hasn't been repaired! I am beyond feed up!!!! But in spite of my numerous calls, damaged personal items due to pipes bursting every other day of the week and desperate pleas for repairs the ''fake'' work orders they write up are about as unprofessional and useless as this company it's self...I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 0!!!!. I don't know if they paid for your review or if you are an employee of the company dennishiggs but everyone in the little shabby complex I lived in would definitely disagree. They won't fix anything on top of a lot of other issues. Who are you are you even a real person or tenant. I WISH I HAD MORE HANDS SO I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY FOUR THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!

I GIVE HARDCO AN A++. I agree hardco keeps it real.Terrence pretty cool dude.I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM THEM FOR 2 YEARS.I HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

Truly a management company with YOUR interests in mind. Terence and Hardco understand that if you make money, then they make money and manage the properties as if they were their own. Incredibly responsive, honest and and they bring more to the table than typical management companies. Trust me, I have tried a number of companies in Memphis. Some were really cheap and lost sight of the bigger picture. Some were really expensive and thought everything revolved around their management (next time you feel like a "little person" standing behind their "big counter", think how your tenants must feel). They understand relationships and make them work. Your property will be well managed, leased up, and you will be satisfied!
