I was looking for a home in East Ridge. I came across one that Rental Homes Of America had advertised. I called them and they explained their service to me. I set up an account with them and found my current home in 2 days! Thanks for the help rental homes of america.

rental homes of america a scam. This is strictly a scam company. they charge 75 for a list of rental homes...My list had about 60 homes on it. I asked for a 3 bedroom home there were exactly 6 on the list of the six all had 1 was already rented. After talking to several of the landlords on the list all stated that they quit dealing with the company months ago.

These people fiound my house, now they are finding my mommas. I went to their website last year and found my house after a month. It took longer than the man (Don) on the phone said, but they found it. He said it only took like 3 or 4 days and I would be movin. Took longr than that. But i didn't wait till the last sec like some of these people. I think thats just their ignorance. anyways, my lookin was a long drawn out thing, but now my momma is lookin cause my dad died 4 months ago and shes on a fixed income to pay the rent man so she has to have cheap rent. Thay havent found hers yet but I know they wll.

they were great. i have to say, i read these posts and most of them are dumb. i went there and didnt find a house but i got a refund. the lady on the phone told me what to do. they was very nice and i got no gryps.

Rude SCAM ARTISTS. My Husband & I have been searching for a rental home in Chattanooga & contacted this Company through an ad on Craigslist. Earlier this year we had contacted them on a previous ad & found out it was a fee for service listing (no details on home until you paid fee) so we were not interested. When we called today (nothing about the Company was in ad) we were met by a rude woman who hung up on us & when I called back Gary Dell answered the phone & rudely stated "can I speak to the person coaching you in the background?" (MY WIFE?!?) When she got on the line he refused to give her ANY details on the specific ad stating that there are over 400 rentals you handle. She TRIED to explain that she was calling about the ad THEY placed - he started yelling & over-talking. Then after hanging up on her HE CALLED BACK to our home phone & started yelling at us again.

We called to get details on a home for rent -- never have either of us experienced such rude incompetent unprofessional scammers in our lives. This Company has already been reported to the Craigslist officials and the BBB in our area, as well as any other sites I can find to warn people!!

SHAME on Rental Homes of America for doing business in this way in this economy in this country!!!!

bad don't do it I am telling you. They take your money and when you ask for it back they try to make you look at another list and half of them are rented to and tell you you have to call at least all 89 on the list before you get your money back I am telling you don't do it I want to find them and make them suffer I found a home some where else by driving do the same my people. Do not pay the money some people might like it but I am telling you they most work for the company because they are lying.

Complete Satisfaction. Afer reading these reviews about this company, I would like to say that I just "signed up" with them yesterday and I am moving into my new home this weekend. These fools that have written these review are nothing more than idiots! When you look in the newspaper, the majority of the homes are advertised by them! The have the most comprehensive listing of rental property I have found. I will say that I ran into some that didn't match my needs and I also had a few people tell my the property was rented. I have to say that that can happen when you call any out of the paper, yet you only have a few to choose from in the paper when I went to them I got alot more than I ever saw in the paper. All the people who complaints of all of the rented are probably people that expected the world for $80.00. I would recomend this company to ANYONE who is looking for a home. The people at the compnay are friendly and competent. If they couldn't answer my questions the called someone who could. ABSOLUTE great service!! I invite anyone to discuss this with me at any point! Scam. Rental Homes of America placed ads in the paper for homes that didn't even exist in their directory to lure customers to their office. (bait and switch scam) The advertisements were for beautiful affordable homes, yet the ones they produced on their list were nothing of the kind. I found a home outside of their service, supplied the proper documentation (receipts, etc.) and they did not refund what was promised in the contract. Do NOT use Rental Homes of America. They should be investigated for fraudulent practices.

Best way to find a home in Chattanooga.. I used rental homes of america i was really desperate to find a home. i was kind of skepticle after googling the company finding tennessee jeds blog spot, but decided to use them anyway. jed did not seem to educated and the people that were writing on his blog did not either. but reluctantly i used the service, and about three days later i actually got a phone call from a landlord that i didnt even call. apparently the landlords can go on to the website and look up renters. he called me and told me that he had a home in the area i was looking in and i told him about my credit and we worked out a deal. i just had to pay an extra $50 bucks a month he said he wouldnt worry about it. so I got into the home and Ive been their since. I love it. I would definitly use this service again. and refer all of my friends and family to them. and by the way to the guy that wrote that first comment they are call Landlords not Renters. your the renter buddy. I got a good laugh out of your review.
