My husband and I purchased a 42" plasma tv recently for our daughter's birthday. The salesman was quite helpful in answering our questions, comparing different types of televisions,and demonstrating various features of our top two choices. He never rushed us, although it was late on a Saturday evening when we entered the Cordova store. The television was delivered promptly ( as scheduled ) within three days of purchase. The technician thoroughly explained operation of remote control after connecting DVD player and cable box. The delivery man and technician disposed of the box and all packaging materials upon departure. Our daughter has enjoyed her television, and we have been very pleased with the overall service of Giant TV .....the product sold to us, price of tv, and professionalism displayed by sales staff. The showroom had a huge variety of tv's to choose from. WE were treated in a very positive manner. We look forward to returning soon for an upgrade tv for our own home!

We decided to use this company because it is local and we try to do business that way. They sold us a 62" television that was not propperly installed and has never really worked anyway. We called several times and were told that it was the cable provider not the television. NOT TRUE! we dealt with it. Then, only three months after purchasing, something went wrong with the optical sensor??? and the T.V. was picked up for repair. It has now been over a month, no television. No word from these people. They wanted to charge US for a replacement!!! They were rude, and very uprofessional, much different than before we wrote the check. Toshiba has now taken this into their own hands but it has been a long 30 days, and promisses to be even longer. Do not use these guys, unless you want to pay 3,000 dollars for a headache.
