I went in for a repair, and I couldn't believe how nice they were to me. I didn't even buy the frame that broke there. I recently went back for an exam and was amazed at how thorough and effcient it was. But I was totally amazed at how many wonderful frames they had and how good they were at finding one to fit me. I used to have to go to New York or L.A. to get my glasses because of the poor selection in Memphis. Not any more. And Randal was great at helping find the right one!! A friend had recommended them to me and I will recommend them to everyone.
Pros: great selection and service
Cons: so many great frames can be overwhelmong
