Great Food...... I heard from more than one person that this was a great restaurant. But for me what makes a great restaurant is a combination of things, great food, great staff, great location, etc. I also heard some negative things from friends. That the staff is treated badly and is made to work in the restaurant and do offsite catering events as well and is paid very low wages.

Now I am the type person who don't believe everyone, and being a body language expert I decided to go in for dinner to see if I could pick up on anything.

Although the foog was good , what i picked up from the staff was ver distrubing, no one seemed happy to be there.

Servers hardly smiled and when they did it was fake just as hers were when she came over to say hello.

Best restaurant in Memphis. Without doubt the best restaurant in Memphis.

Despite my many trips there i can never go past the veal chop - butterflied, crumbed and served with crab meat, mash and asparagus - it is one of the best treatments of veal i've ever eaten.

Service is always brilliant - Stephen is a standout character.

Can be pricey if you go there for a big night but as a special occasion or romantic special - forget the cost and enjoy.

Sweet potato chips at the bar are just the start of a great evening. MAke sure you say hi to Felecia - she is always approachable and loves the feedback on her food.

My favorite restaurant in Memphis. I got snowed in to Memphis while on a business trip last February on a Friday night. I had dinner at Felicia Suzanne that night and it made the whole thing better. I was staying at a hotel across the street and ran over to Felicia Suzanne in the wet snow. I was the first diner of the evening. I will never forget that dinner. The staff was incredibly gracious, the food was fantastic (I have never had a veal chop that good.) Great wine by the glass selection as well. The restaurant was full by the time I left despite the snow.

OUTSTANDING. I have had the pleasure of eating at the top restaurants around the world. Memphis should feel fortunate to have an establishment such as Felicia Suzanne's. The food and it's combinations are amazing, the service is prompt and professional, and Felicia is friendly and approachable. Perfect choice for a truly romantic evening, a "power" business dinner, or even a casual meal by yourself with a book. Highly recommended.

Great Experience. We went to dinner as a group of 4 on a Friday night. We had no problem with reservations and were seating promptly. Our meal was incredible from the appetizers through desserts. We have not stopped talking about it. I had no idea that Memphis had such a wonderful treasure.

The tables are spaced comfortably apart and the wait staff was not too intrusive, but there when you needed anything. My only issue is that the restaurant faces South Main, not Monroe as the address indicates, although you can walk through the building, there is no signage from the Monroe entrance.

A Delightful Dining Experience!. With the exception of a clueless hostess, our dining experience at Felicia Suzanne was uniformly excellent. We were a party of 6 and each appetizer was distinctive and delicious--lucky to have friends who will share a taste! The veal chop entree with roasted mushrooms was outstanding as was the horseradish encrusted halibut with a tenderness that positively melted in your mouth. The ribeye was prepared to perfection and reminded this diner why steak is such a popular entree. Unfortunately, we were too full for desserts, but the menu was very tempting. Service was thoughtful, professional and unobtrusive. The owner came around to each table to make sure all were satisfied. I don't know which restaurant the previous reviewer dined at, but it could not have been Felicia Suzanne!
