We were seated promptly and there was some great live music playing. The server was very friendly and gave great service. However, I was very disappointed in the ribs. I had a half-rack / wet and they were very hard to cut with a knife and they were cold. Upside was that the beer was cold.

We were walking along Beale St on a November afternoon looking for some good BBQ. One of the managers of Pig was outside and told us that Pig was the place for BBQ in Memphis. We decided to try it, and were so glad we did. The ribs were better than any I've had in Memphis (including Rendezvous and Central BBQ). In fact, they are my favorite ribs of anyplace so far. We ordered a half slab of dry and a half slab of wet. Preferred the dry better and add your own sauce. The ribs were meaty and fall off the bone tender.
Pros: Best ribs in town and great people working there.
Cons: None!
