Keep on looking. The best thing I can say is that this place has garages and is Germantown school district. The "security gates" are broken or left open three days a week on average. We have been having a large amount of break-ins even though this is "monitored by video" apartment complex. The maintence staff is lacking, they will saythey will fix something and then forget to come back by. Now we have to purchase a pool pass to use the two pools. Keep on looking or try to rent a house.…
