Horrible Customer Service. This spa is not customer friendly; the owners do not work with busy individuals. When I asked why I did not receive a reminder call, they stated that, "they only do it sometimes and it is not part of their policy." I wouldn't waste your time or money on an establishment that lacks policies to protect their customers time and money. There are many options to choose from in Memphis, they do not deserve your business.

Horrible Customer Service.
Had a hard time scheduling an appointed. The staff is not very helpful. It seems like they are very busy and cannot handle or run their business. When I spoke with them, they were very defensive and not accomodating at all.
I was hoping to give my girlfriend a great, relaxing experience. It turns out, we just got two headaches instead.
