Horrible customer service

The staff that I have issues with are the African Amercian women. Shawn and the other heavy girl are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are unprofessional and always have an attitude. I have frequent this location since they opended. I will have to advise anyone to stay away from this location at all cost.

- Cons: poor customer service, horrible latte, never answer phone
