I became familiar with the Serenity Day Spa as one of our daughters previously lived in Memphis while attending college. I have been to the Spa only about 7 times as I’ve always lived out of Memphis. On the way to Brentwood, TN for our grandson’s graduation we had the chance to experience Serenity Day Spa once again. We decided to treat ourselves to some quality therapeutic treatments. We stopped overnight in order to each get a HydraFacial and Anti-Aging treatment that I so excitedly saw on Serenity Day Spa’s website. We also had massages which were delightfully relaxing.
“Serenity Day Spa” is appropriately named as it has the most serene atmosphere. The staff are above and beyond professional and friendly. In my opinion, Serenity Day Spa’s mission appears to provide you an experience you will remember fondly.
I can’t rave enough about the HydraFacial and Anti-Aging treatments we both received. My skin felt like velvet to the touch! My husband had enlarged pores on his nose which were quite visible, and some sun damage from playing golf so frequently.
Upon leaving the spa we stopped for lunch and I had a good chance to look at my husband’s face across the table, and all I saw was smooth, clear skin – his enlarged pores seemed to have disappeared! What a fantastic improvement in both our faces with only one treatment! My husband was so impressed with the results of the HydraFacial that he purchased the full skin care line for continued use at home! Believe me --- that was an unusual response!
Thank you - Serenity Day Spa & staff for a delightful experience. After 4 days, I still see a renewed vibrancy to my skin! We plan to visit Serenity Day Spa as often as our travel allows.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!. This spa is not all it is cracked up to be. The staff, especially the front desk or reception area, seems unorganized, outdated and very cluttered. Services are overpriced for what you ACTUALLY receive. To put it simply I was not impressed and disappointed. Oh, and there is a strange smell too. Somewhat like mold or mildew mixed in with some kind of cheap aromatherapt scent that smells more like lemon Pine-Sol. Yuck!!!!…
Awesome experience. One of the best day spa experiences of my life. The staff was professional, the massage from Leah was heavenly and totally relaxing. Jessica's facial was just what I needed after a long week. I really want to thank everyone there for making me feel so great.…
