biggest unfunny joke ever. I can't beleive that people don't want to accept hard working individuals into their communities. I have been turned down due to credit. I guess because I don't have a lot of open accounts. I DON'T LIKE HAVING LOTS OF BILLS!!! True enough, I don't have perfect credit but, I'm not on government assistance either. Section 8 people can move in but, a person who works 50 hours a week and gets paid a generous paycheck can't. Seems like Sunshine is depending on government money like the Section 8 people to make money. Top dollar from the government....H#ll they're taking money out of my check to help pay welfare, Tenn-care, medicaid and all of the other bul@#%*^ that's being paid from my taxes. Sunshine should really change their names to Dark Clouds rental. Just as a word of advice.....YOU SUC@!!!!!! YOU'RE WELCOME FOR MY COMMENTS!

SUNSHINE CORP IS SCANDALOUS! Stay away from this company!. I can't believe a company like Sunshine Corporation is still allowed to do business with the public. My fiance is trying to move out of his apartment with them and he went to turn in his Notice of Vacate 4 days after the first of the month. They tell him there is nothing they can do and that he will have to pay the next month's rent because he didn't bring it to them on the 1st. He explains to them that we just bought a house and the first house note is due the next month and if there is anyway they can take his notice? Well the woman told him that they just got a new computer system and for a $150 money order made out to a person, not Sunshine, she could make it look like our notice came in early. At first I thought she was stealing money from the company, but it turns out the manager was in on it too! So my fiance says no, it's too shady, and he pays next month's rent.

I've also heard HORROR stories about what Sunshine charges you when you move out. If you considering renting from this company I highly suggest doing some research. If you look at any apartment reviews owned by Sunshine you will see all of the horrible things this company does.

Not as bad. They are not as bad as they say. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. It is safe enough for the cost and in a good location (Rockcreek).

WORST CORPORATION TO RENT FROM!!!!. These people con you with the small print!!!! The worst rentors experience that I have ever dealt with!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

My worst apartment experience. I have been un-impressed with this apartment since the beginning. I couldn't even see an apartment until I paid and committed to move in. I coulf only see the the one attached to the office. Ants were a huge problem for me as well. I would not reccomend this place to my worse enemy. Potential renters beware. There are so many hidden bs charges when you move out.

Beware of Cats. These are great apartments to live in but they have a very serious problem with stray cats they are everywhere If you are afraid of cats this will not be the place for you to live
