bad and dis-respectful customer service starting from
the from Representative happens to be Bonnie Eagle to the manger her name is Junaita C.Williams .actually i was in the way to close my account from them for various reason how they charge me with fees and forget to send a check book to my address although i request a year ago but nothing happen. then last week when i try to deposit a check junita C.Willams and another staff start asking where did i got the check how in earth they can ask the client where did they got the money there job is to deposit the check if its correct and the anther shocking thing they did is they told me that they could not find a signature match the sign that you want to deposit .then after they found the signature you think they will deposit ,wrong they refuse to deposit and waist my time and treat me like criminal without regarding how many year was with them.to make the situation bad next day i went to the operation manger to talk about the inc dint and closing my account instead of listing to my complain or even asking me why im closing after all this year with them she asked me my driver licence so she will processed to close my account. i swear i will never go cross this bank ever and i will do my best to warn all my friends and people i know to stay the hell away from this garbage.if there is 0 star they will worth it
Horrible website and customer service. Tried to set up my online banking enrollment. Three phone calls and over an hour of my time later, was transferred to a "technician" who informed me that the website everyone else in customer service told me to go to was the wrong website. Then when filling out the information, was told that selecting "no" for "would you like online bill pay" will result in an error screen and that I can't select that (which no one else in customer service seemed to realize). Terrible education of the employees (re: understanding the company, websites, etc.), horrible website, and rather rude reps who make you do the same thing 3-4 times, all the while when you are trying to explain technology and how ot do their job to them. Total waste of time, only bank here because my corporate HSA requires it.
I have never had a problem with 1st Tn. I've been a customer of First TN for many years and have never had a problem with anything there.

I came into the Bank to get help on my account. Tamara Swain wasn't interested in helping me with my account. All she wanted was to try to sell additional services to me and not help me with my current situation. Then she began talking about her staff. Well I should say BASHING her staff. Discussing how incompentent her staff was and how she FIRES people all the time. I was just surprised by that. A so called- manager saying that about her staff. I literally got up from the seat and left. Then I proceed to the next branch, and terminated all my ties to First Tennessee Bank. I just thought her customer service skill were definetly lacking as well as her mangerial skills. I would not recommend her services to anyone. I would also not recommend First Tennessee services to anyone if one of there branch managers acted that way in front of a client.
