Tips for Extra Space Storage

Poorly run office. The manager can't mail the statements for payment on time, then mails late notices and claims she can't adjust for you. Just received Nov statement date 11-8 on 11-20 for 2 of the 5 units we have here. This is after last month's fiasco which determined they changed the address, it is wrong, we received no Oct statements and they still refuse to adjust late fees. I can't get online to change address because it shows account delinquent. Never can get anyone on the phone who can help. This place is awful!!!

Best pizza ever in Memphis. Since I have moved to Memphis from NJ all I had been able to find were pizza chain stores like Pizza Hut etc...Milano's is just like home.
