Where Everybody Knows Your Name, And They're Always Glad You Came. I have been a regular at Ck's in Bartlett for nearly 10 years. Yes, sometimes they get busy and miss a refill. Sometimes they get an order wrong. This place is not Waffle House. It is also not brunch at Bennigans. You come here, sit down, talk to strangers that become lifetime friends, and enjoy the best coffee anywhere. (I don't do Starbucks.) If you are a smoker, or don't like screaming kids, this is the place to go, as it is 21 and up only. The place is a diner. Not a family resort.

do not eat here. 7/7/07 @ 8am , my husband and i walked into ck's for the last time!

we are hard working people, we frequent several restaurants a week; ck's on stage road used to be one of them.

i am a patient and understanding person when it comes to eating out, i used to wait tables myself. but i am sick and tired of being treated like a hassel because i walk through the door!!! the specifics of today's experience are irrelevant in comparison to the whole group of terrible experiences in the memphis area. when did work ethics start taking a back seat? who trained these people? I need to know: WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T MATTER?

DOES ANYONE EVEN REALIZE THAT THEIR PAYCHECK COMES FROM THE CUSTOMER?

i think you should check into what is really going on in restaurants across the midsouth! at least once a week, my husband and i have to leave a restaurant because of the terrible treatment we receive. we are running out of places to go out to. this specific ck's on stage road, we have had to walk out of three times before.

it just doesn't makes any sense!!! is it that hard to serve a couple cups of coffee with a pleasant attitude?

you would think in such a prosperous tri-state area; that there could be at least one place you can eat out that actually takes pride in what the do!
