loved the care and service i got at this location. quick service and very friendly staff. will definitely go back to this store next oil change! it is a bit pricey but I also understand you are paying for convenience and speed, which you don't get at dealerships even with an appointment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!. I took my truck in to get a standard oil change here. It was running beautifully before I took it here, and it has only 38,000 miles on it. After I paid, I got in, and the Service Engine Soon light was on. They did not even put a sticker in the upper left corner of my windshield. I decided to just go ahead and pull out onto Bartlett Blvd and hoped that the light would turn off. It didn't, and as soon as I stepped on my accelerator, my truck starting sputtering and jumping. Luckily I was able to turn into a parking lot about a half block away. My battery light had come on, and the oil gauge was jumping up and down. I thought they had forgotten to put oil in my truck. My husband and I had to WALK back to Jiffy Lube and get the guy to come look at the truck. We had to wait 15 minutes since he was helping other customers. It turned out that they forgot to screw the lid back on the air intake box, luckily everything turned out OK, but my truck was completely messed up when I drove it out of there.

When we were waiting for the guy to come look at the truck to see what they had screwed up, we talked to another lady in the waiting room who told us she had to drive here all the way from Fayette County. It turns out that she tried to get her oil changed out there, but they said they couldn't remove the oil cap because it was stripped, so they told her she would have to return to the place she had last gotten her oil changed at (this one).

Another lady in the waiting room told us she has been coming here for 7 years, but she said once they messed up her transmission (?!).

All of these above conflicts were resolved, but I will never return. I rated it a 1 instead of a 0, since the employees were decent and not jerks.

I created this account JUST so I could come here to warn people about this location.

Avoid it, and just take your car to your dealer.
