Every time I'm in this shop, I've noticed that only a few elite customers get good service. Joyce F. you must be one of them! Not only are the employees rude, discourteous and snobby but I also hear the owner talk about customers. My tip is to drive out to The Discerning Quilter where you'll get none of that. I've taken classes there and I'm treated with patience, honor and respect...every time! It's so worth the drive to: 1700 Old Hwy 51, Ste 242-H, Brighton, TN

Fun, Friendly and LOTS of fabric! Whether you quilt or make clothing you'll find what you need here. They are no longer on Elmore Park you'll find them right around the corner in their BIGGER NEW location at 6022 Stage Rd. Bartlett TN.

Unfriendly and worth a longer drive to a more helpful store. Have been in this store a few times and every time the same lady waits on me. She lacks in customer service. So much so, that I will not shop in this store again. I am typically not offended so easily, but after being treated rudely not just once but three times, I would rather go elsewhere.
