Poor Business Practices with BAD customer service.
I had a car loan with the bank and they automatically gave me their car insurance $1900/yr, when GEICO was $$1000/yr. They had a fax that I had insurance but gave me it anyway. When I cancelled the unneeded insurance they charged me a processing fee $279. So they give you their car insurance with NO permission and then charge you $279 to cancel it. HOW NICE! When I called to speak to customer service they would not help and hung up on me when I asked to speak to the customer service manager, who still hasn't returned my call.
