I can't believe this has a Marriott name.
From the moment I checked in I knew I had made a mistake. First time to Memphis and the personnel were less than helpful. The place is (was) under construction and I was given directions to my room - take this elevator, go right on the third floor pass the third ice machine and then take the next elevator to the 5th floor - I couldn't find the 'other' elevator. Anyway - the room looked nice until I noticed there were no blanket/quilt - just a foot throw. The a/c was inadequate, and the internet connection which I needed desparately was not working. There was a 1-800 24/7 helpline - which you had to leave a message for help and maybe sometime within the 24 hours they may call you back. Stay there again? Not even if it was the last room on earth.
